How it Works

Consultation

We provide a free consultation with your stakeholders to determine the scope of work and answer questions about details.

Travel

After your in-person or virtual consultation, we travel to your location to conduct a detailed threat vulnerability and security assessment.

Assessment

We determine and identify the threats and critical nodes of your organization, and then develop in-depth security planning covering non-adversarial and man-made threats. We compile this assessment and send an initial draft to you.

Optional Grant

Once the assessment is finalized, we assist with the grant application if you desire.

Security Plan

We provide in-person or virtual tabletop exercises (needed to construct the security plan) for the institution’s leadership. We then develop an official security plan.

Exercises

Once the security plan is finalized, we conduct drills & exercises to ensure you are prepared to take action if needed.
